Our Project
Digital Literacy Program Expansion
As essential services moved online during the pandemic, many seniors were left behind. This project equipped 300 seniors with tablets, provided home internet connections, and delivered personalized tech training to help them connect with healthcare, family, and community resources.

Current needs
The rapid digitization of essential services created barriers for seniors without technology access or skills. Many couldn't schedule medical appointments, access telehealth, connect with distant family, or participate in online community activities. Social isolation increased while access to critical services decreased.
The Impact
The Digital Literacy Program dramatically improved participants' quality of life:
300 seniors gained technology access and skills
92% now independently use telehealth services
Video calls with family increased by 400%
85% report feeling less isolated
150 participants joined online community groups
Medication management improved through health app use
Due to success, we're expanding to serve 500 more seniors in 2026.
