Our Project
Clean Water Initiative
The Clean Water Initiative addressed critical water quality issues in three rural communities totaling 2,500 residents. We installed filtration systems, repaired wells, built sanitation facilities, and provided hygiene education to create lasting health improvements.

Current needs
Three remote communities relied on contaminated water sources, leading to high rates of waterborne illnesses. Children missed school due to sickness, and families spent significant income on bottled water and medical care. Existing wells were in disrepair and lacked proper filtration.
The Impact
The Clean Water Initiative has transformed public health in these communities:
2,500 people now have reliable access to clean water
Waterborne illness rates decreased by 78%
School attendance improved by 42%
Families save an average of $50 monthly on bottled water
Local technicians maintain systems sustainably
The project has inspired similar initiatives in 5 neighboring communities.
