Participate in icebreaker activities designed to foster authentic connections, learn about program expectations and resources, and engage in team-building exercises that set the foundation for meaningful relationships.
What Mentees Gain
Guidance from someone who genuinely cares about your success. Career insights and professional networking opportunities. Development of critical life skills including communication, goal-setting, and decision-making. A safe space to ask questions, explore interests, and navigate challenges.
